| In
these workshops, we combine exploring the energetics of tantra
with practicing the traditional skills of stalking and
attunement embedded in our own native culture.
These workshops explore some of the fundamental principles of
Tantric energy work that we apply in our Celtic Tantra
workshops at Hazel Hill Wood, and are the ideal introduction to
our work. They introduce the bio-energetics
of tantra – how to tap into, free, nourish and move our
energy ; how to meet and dance with the energy of another; and
how flow with the natural world around us.

Sexual energy is the source of our aliveness. Tantra teaches us
how to nourish and celebrate our sexual energy in ways which
bring greater wholeness into our lives.
We teach
some basic Tantric tools to open and energize the body,
including breathing, bodywork, relaxation and guided
meditation. As always, we will be working with sexual energy as
the source, raising and nourishing energy in the pelvis and
spine, connecting with the heart, energizing the whole body.The tools used
in these workshops include movement, breathing exercises, gentle touch,
guided meditation, massage, and practical techniques for healing
negative conditioning and enhancing pleasure,
all of which have become part of the repertoire of contemporary western
tantric practice.

in all this work we also connect with the natural world, rediscovering
its many voices, and
expanding our awareness to absorb its healing energy, listen to its wisdom, and
learn to dance our human, sexual dance embraced by its
otherness. Our new Awakening to Energy
workshops are about attunement to the energy of
the outer world, as well as about the nourishing of the
inner. |

The world has turned, the Equinox is
past, and the sap is rising. Connecting with the energy of
the awakened Earth and the risen Sun, awakening the creative
flow of our own inner aliveness, circulating flow between sex
and heart and spirit, we learn to embrace the possibilities of a
new spring, a new aliveness. This workshop focuses on the
connection between pelvis and heart. |

Another Autumn Equinox past, the dark
is rising, there is a keenness in the morning air after the
longer nights. There is a special richness at this time,
the time at which we stand poised between the outer and
the inner worlds, looking both ways, on the edge of what is
traditionally known as the Dream Time of our inner journeying.
Energetically, this workshop focuses on nourishing the inner
fires, and connecting with our roots. This workshop
focuses on strengthening and completing the energy circle
-- not only from roots to wings, but also from wings to roots. |
