Sexual energy is the source of our aliveness.   Tantra teaches us how to nourish and celebrate our sexual energy in ways which bring greater wholeness into our lives.  Revitalizing our inner fires, tapping into the energy of the awakened Earth, circulating the flow between sex, heart and spirit, we learn to embrace the possibilities of a new spring, a new aliveness.  The emphasis at this time of year is on raising  energy from strong foundations.

This workshop explores some of the fundamental principles of Tantric energy work that we apply in our Celtic Celebrations.  All our Awakening to Energy  workshops introduce and practise the the bio-energetics of tantra – how to tap into, free, nourish and move our energy; how to meet and dance with the energy of another; how to flow with the natural world around us. Structures include breathing, bodywork, touch, and guided meditation.  As always, we work with sexual energy as the source, raising and nourishing energy in pelvis and spine, connecting with the heart, energizing the whole body, but also attuning to the energy of the season.  At this time of year, we focus a lot on building strength and suppleness in the pelvis, and opening the channel form pelvis to solar plexus and heart.
